K.Thangavelu, B.Sc., is the Founder and Managing Director of PARIPOORNA SHELTERS (P) Ltd. As a first generation entrepreneur with a long term business- centric vision, K.Thangavelu founded and is at the helm of OHM SAKTHI PROMOTERS, a well-known and a large realty developer in Coimbatore for past 30 years. Under his leadership, the firm has created lots of landmark residential, industrial, commercial, recreational and institutional developments in the city. He also heads OHM SAKTHI HARDWARES and ELECTRICALS and MURUGAN TRADERS which supplies all construction related materials and hardware items in and around Coimbatore. Apart from this he also runs a Business Hotel opposite to Railway Station Coimbatore.
Under PARIPOORNA SHELTERS (P) Ltd, with an even larger service oriented vision he has entered in setting up a senior living community with very well experienced and reputed members from the industry under the brand “Aishwaryam”. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, he actively contributes to educational social services by supporting students and families in need across nearby communities.
